Lady Gaga lands 10 Vevo awards

Pop superstar Lady Gaga has taken home 10 awards from streaming website Vevo.com after she racked up more than a billion views of her music videos.

The Bad Romance singer was presented with a clutch of prizes from bosses at the video viewing portal on Tuesday (22Apr14) in recognition of her online success with her wacky promos.

Gaga told fans about her awards in a post on her Littlemonsters.com website, writing, "Just finished up at Vevo, they gave me TEN Vevo Certified awards that represent over a billion views! Thank u (you) monsters (fans) for being a part of making that possible!"

The news comes just days after the singer had her wisdom teeth removed, and Gaga admitted she was still suffering as she went back to work, adding, "Off to rehearsal, teeth still hurties (sic). Just Dance gonna be OK!"
