Kylie Jenner slashes price of first home

Kylie Jenner is hoping for a quick house sale after slashing the price of her first home by $600,000 .

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star purchased the five bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home in Calabasas, California for $2.6 million in 2015. She listed the house for $3.9 million in June (16), but it failed to set the property market alight.

Kylie has now reduced the price to $3.3 million , according to TMZ.

The Calabasas home was the first real-estate purchase the 19-year-old made. She has subsequently bought three additional houses in the area.

The news comes days after it was announced she and her on/off rapper boyfriend Tyga are taking another love break, and he had moved out of the home they shared, which is not believed to be the one she's hoping to sell.

And on Thursday (06Apr17), it was reported Kylie has signed up for a new solo reality TV show.

Kim Kardashian's little sister is developing a series titled Life Of Kylie, according to Gossip Cop.

The show, a Keeping Up with the Kardashians spin-off, will air on the E! network if it gets picked up, and shooting is set to start "imminently", according to the outlet.

Reports suggest the series will focus on Jenner’s makeup business and her on/off rapper boyfriend will be a big part of the show.
