Kutcher calls for an end to 'nonsense' dating rumours

Ashton Kutcher has hit out at reports he is dating again after he was romantically linked to a close female friend.

The Two and a Half Men star's personal life has been under scrutiny since his split from wife Demi Moore was made official in November (11).

His representative was forced to deny he found love again with screenwriter Lorene Scafaria after they were spotted on vacation in Pisa, Italy last month (Dec11).

A British tabloid suggested Kutcher then took a vacation in Greece with Scafaria after snaps of him and a pretty brunette at a party appeared online, but the star insists the female companion is the wife of a friend.

On his Twitter.com page, he writes, "Um, the woman in this picture is my Greek friend Athanasia, and the man to my left is her husband... Fact check.

"Can we please stop this nonsense."
