KRISTEN STEWART MEETS ROBERT PATTINSON'S PARENTS

Robert Pattinson is so smitten with his Twilight co-star and rumoured girlfriend Kristen Stewart, she has already met his parents, his aunt has revealed.

The British hunk has been romantically linked to Kristen Stewart for months and Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke confirmed the stars were dating earlier this month (Nov09).

She told Time magazine, "After I cast him, I told Rob, 'Don't even think about having a romance with her. She's under 18. You will be arrested.'

"I didn't have a camera in the hotel room. I cannot say. But in terms of what Kristen told me directly, it didn't happen on the first movie. Nothing crossed the line while on the first film. I think it took a long time for Kristen to realise, 'OK, I've got to give this a go and really try to be with this person.'"

The actors have been dodging questions about their love lives while promoting the second installment in the vampire series, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, but Robert Pattinson's aunt Diana Nutley claims Kristen Stewart has already been introduced to her beau's parents.

She tells America's OK! magazine the couple took a break from their hectic work schedules while promoting New Moon in Europe last week (ends20Nov09) to dine with Robert Pattinson's mum and dad in Paris, France.

Nutley says, "(They) had to keep it secret."
