Khloe Kardashian assures fans pregnant Kim is feeling fine

Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian has assured fans her pregnant sister Kim is "doing fine" following reports she suffered a frightening health scare on Tuesday (05Mar13).

Kim Kardashian, who is expecting a baby with her rapper boyfriend Kanye West, reportedly began feeling ill as she flew home from France.

Medics reportedly gave the busy socialite the all-clear, and now her younger sibling has taken to Twitter.com to deliver an update on the mom-to-be's condition.

In a post, she writes, "A lot of you have expressed concern in the recent hours about Kim, and I just wanted to let you all know that mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy right now. Thank you so much to all of our wonderful fans and loved ones for your concern and support. We love you!"
