Kelsey Grammer settles divorce with ex Camille

Actor Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife Camille have finally reached a settlement in their ongoing divorce case.

The Frasier star left Camille in 2010 after meeting and falling in love with Kayte Walsh, and the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills regular filed legal papers to end their 13-year union that July (10).

The marriage was officially declared over on 10 February, 2011, allowing the TV star to wed his new partner days later, but earlier this month (Dec12) Camille revealed the former couple had yet to finalize every aspect of its legal split.

During an appearance on TV talk show Anderson Live, she said, "We are going to meet before a judge again very soon, so hopefully this time it will be over," before pleading with Grammer, "Release me! Set me free!"

Now the 44 year old's Christmas wish has come true - both parties have since signed off on a property and custody agreement regarding their two children, Mason, 11, and Jude, eight.

According to TMZ.com, Camille won her fight to ban the actor from living in their former Los Angeles mansion with his new wife and baby - the house must now be leased or sold off.
