Kelly Rowland honoring surprise guest during Mother's Day TV special

Kelly Rowland will join Robin Thicke and Dj Khaled for a Mother's Day TV special.

The former Destiny's Child star, who is a mom to two-year-old Titan, will pay tribute to a surprise guest on Dear Mama: An Event to Honor Moms.

The TV special, which will air from Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens in Pasadena, California, will also feature actor Anthony Anderson, singer Robin Thicke, DJ Khaled, and TV personality and entrepreneur La La Anthony. Thicke will honor his actress mother Gloria Loring, while Khaled will pay tribute to his fiancee Nicole Tuck.

Anthony's appearance will be one of her first since deciding to end her marriage to basketball star Carmelo Anthony. Reports suggest the couple, which wed in 2010, recently agreed to an amicable separation, with TV and radio host-turned-actress La La moving out of the family home they shared in New York earlier this month (Apr17).

VH1's second annual Mother's Day special, which is executive-produced by Queen Latifah's Flavor Unit, will air on 8 May (17).
