Kelly Osbourne's former landlord sues

Kelly Osbourne has been hit with legal papers by her former landlord for allegedly leaving her rented home in a damaged condition.

Osbourne, the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne, moved out of an apartment in West Hollywood, Los Angeles last year (13) and sued her landlord, Arshia Refoua, for refusing to return the $18,700 safety deposit.

Refoua has now hit back with his own lawsuit, claiming he rightfully kept the money because Osbourne left the property in a state. He accuses her of leaving holes in the walls, destroying the hardwood floor, and causing extensive water damage with an overflowing bath.

According to editors at TMZ.com, Refoua is suing Osbourne for damages of at least $50,000 .
