Kellie Pickler wins Dancing With The Stars

Kellie Pickler waltzed her way to victory and was crowned winner of TV competition Dancing With The Stars on Tuesday (21May13).

The singer saw off competition from Disney actress Zendaya, football player Jacoby Jones and former Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman to take home the mirrorball trophy with her professional partner Derek Hough.

During the two-hour show, Pickler won over the judges and audiences by performing a barefoot freestyle dance, as well as an upbeat jive routine to Rockin' Robin.

After she was declared the winner, Pickler exclaimed, "This is amazing! Oh my God!"

She later took to her Twitter.com page to thank fans for their support, writing, "I'll never ever forget this night! Love y'all so much! Thanks so much for voting!"

The finale of the 16th season also featured musical performances by former Dancing With The Stars contestant Wynonna Judd and South Korean sensation Psy.
