Ke$ha settles legal battle with former managers
Written by . Published: December 06 2012
Ke$Ha has struck a deal to end a long-running legal stand-off with her former managers.
In 2010, the TiK ToK hitmaker was hit with a $14 million lawsuit from her former representatives at DAS Communications, who claimed the singer owed them commission for unlawfully terminating her contract before she signed a major music deal.
Ke$ha stepped up the legal battle by filing a counter-suit,
accusing talent agency bosses of booking gigs for her without
completing the proper paperwork.
However, it has now emerged the two sides have reached an agreement
to end the legal action.
The terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but a statement
obtained by the New York Post reveals the resolution was "agreeable
to all concerned".
