Katy Perry made One Direction dreams come true for Miley's sister

Miley Cyrus' little sister Noah has Katy Perry to thank for getting her up close and personal with her pop idols One Direction after the former Hannah Montana star refused to get her backstage at a gig.

The 12 year old begged her big sis to take her to a One Direction concert - but the pop star and actress refused to give up her all access pass so Noah could meet the boy band.

Cyrus explains, "I left and I went, 'Noah, you cannot take my all access pass; you have to stay up in the seats and just chill.'

"But then Katy Perry comes down and is like, 'You wanna meet One Direction? That's totally fine!'

"I'm like, 'OK, I'm leaving... I'll leave Noah with Katy Perry.' Bad idea. I see all these photos online... so Noah finally got to meet One Direction, thanks to Katy. No thanks to me."

But Cyrus did agree to appear on a breakfast TV show just so her little sister could meet Justin Bieber.

She adds, "I flew this girl to Good Morning America and I did Good Morning America only so she could meet Justin Bieber. I had nothing to talk about. My mum's like, 'You've gotta do it, Justin's on that day!'"
