Katherine Schwarzenegger considered name change

Arnold Schwarzenegger's daughter Katherine has often considered changing her famous surname - to make dating easier.

The movie legend's 21-year-old offspring, his eldest with estranged wife Maria Shriver, struggles to find a date who is interested in her rather than her famous father.

And the writer admits she has often thought about legally changing her last name in a bid to attract the right sort of boys.

She tells Harper's Bazaar, "I thought of changing it because, especially for dating, it's impossible. It's something I deal with every day, and I am hyperconscious about it. It's like, 'Do you want to date my father, or do you want to date me? Like, I can arrange that for you.'"
