Kanye West scraps new tour's second show
Kanye West's North American tour has already hit a snag after he cancelled his second show due to "unforeseen circumstances".
The Stronger hitmaker's Yeezus trek got off to a controversial start in Seattle, Washington on Saturday (19Oct13) when he brought out a Jesus Christ lookalike during his 27-song set.
He was due to head to Canada to perform his second gig at the
Rogers Arena in Vancouver on Sunday night (20Oct13), but left
thousands of fans disappointed when he cancelled just hours
before.
A statement from the venue's bosses reads, "Due to unforeseen
circumstances, Rogers Arena has been advised that the October 20th
Kanye West show with Kendrick Lamar at Rogers Arena will be
postponed.
"The concert has been rescheduled for October 31st. Fans are asked
to retain their tickets from the initially scheduled show, as they
will be honoured for the rescheduled date of October 31st."
West is set to play San Jose in California on Tuesday
(22Oct13).
