Kanye West hits head on street sign

Kanye West was nursing more than a bruised ego during a house hunting trip in Los Angeles on Friday (10May13) after he walked into a sign post in front of a group of paparazzi.

The Stronger hitmaker was leaving a property viewing in Beverly Hills with his heavily pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian when he accidentally walked straight into a road sign.

Video footage of the incident depicts West appearing dazed for several seconds as Kardashian checks his head for injuries, but the rapper soon snapped back to reality and shouted at the photographers to stop taking pictures of him.

He stormed into the nearby 90210 PHO restaurant, but walked back out to confront a paparazzo moments later, when he allegedly attempted to tackle the man, pushing him and demanding he quit taking snaps.
