Justin Timberlake's comeback becomes biggest-selling album of the year so far
Justin Timberlake has earned a second week at the top of the albums chart after cracking the one million sales mark with his comeback release The 20/20 Experience.
The pop superstar claimed the Billboard 200 crown last week (ends29Mar13) with an impressive 968,000 copies, but now his project has added another 318,000 units to become the first album of the year (13) to boast sales in the seven figures.
Mumford & Sons' Babel had previously been the biggest selling album
of the year so far with 693,000 sales.
Timberlake's continued success holds off a charge by rapper Lil
Wayne - his I Am Not a Human Being II enters at two, while Blake
Shelton's Based On a True Story debuts at three.
OneRepublic's Native is another new entry at four and Alan Jackson
takes number five with Precious Memories: Volume II.
