Justin Bieber tries to dodge court hearing

Justin Bieber has asked to be excused from attending a lawsuit hearing because he is too busy recording his new album.
The pop star and his bodyguard Hugh Hesney are facing legal action from photographer Jeffrey Binion, who alleges Hesney assaulted him and forced him to delete images he had taken of Bieber outside a recording studio in Miami, Florida in June, 2013.
Bieber had to complete a series of deposition questions last year
(14) and is due to attend another hearing in Miami in March (15),
but he has filed documents asking to be absent from proceedings
because he is too busy working on his next record.
According to TMZ.com, the judge has ordered Bieber to attend the
hearing in person on 20 March (15).
