Justin Bieber summoned to court over maid's wrongful dismissal suit

Justin Bieber has been subpoenaed to testify in a wrongful dismissal lawsuit filed against him by his former housekeeper.

Tatiana Voziouk began working as a maid at the Baby hitmaker's Calabasas, California mansion in August, 2012, but was let go unexpectedly last summer (13).

She filed suit over the matter last year (13) and Bieber has now been summoned to appear in court on Tuesday (11Mar14).

Voziouk's lawyer, Lawrence Ring, tells the New York Daily News, "My client was extremely diligent, loyal and hardworking, making sure that the house was running as efficiently as possible. No reason was given to my client for her termination."

The suit is Bieber's latest legal woe - he stormed out of a deposition relating to a photographer assault case in Miami, Florida on Thursday (07Mar14), while he is facing trial over DUI charges stemming from an arrest in Florida in January (14).

He is also under investigation for vandalism over a reported 'egging' attack on a Calabasas neighbour's home, and is facing another assault allegation from a chauffeur in Canada.
