Justin Bieber's basketball movie facing delays
Justin Bieber will have to wait a little longer to conquer Hollywood as his big screen acting debut is mired in delays.
The teenage singer made his first foray into cinemas last year (11) with his documentary film Justin Bieber: Never Say Never and he has since been tapped to star in a new basketball-themed movie along with Mark Wahlberg.
However, the Baby hitmaker admits movie bosses weren't happy with
the script and ordered a re-write, meaning fans will have a longer
wait to see the star on the big screen.
He tells MTV.com, "I'm still working on this movie. I don't know
what the deal is. Turns out they're rewriting the script or
something, trying to make it fit better and stuff... It's really
cool."
However, Bieber admits he has plenty of training to do before
filming starts, adding, "I got to get back in the gym. I haven't
played basketball in a while."
