Justin Bieber makes surprise appearance as TV show drummer

Justin Bieber showed off his drumming skills during a surprise appearance on a TV show on Tuesday (12May15).

Eagle-eyed viewers of The Late Late Show with James Corden spotted the troubled pop star performing with the programme's live band over the closing credits in an unannounced guest appearance.

Executive producer Ben Winston later uploaded a picture to Twitter.com showing Bieber behind the drum kit, adding in a caption, "You never know what's going to happen on the @latelateshow. And @justinbieber is a brilliant bloke."

The show's host, British comedian/actor Corden, also sent a message to the singer thanking him for the surprise appearance, writing, "Dude, GREAT times. Loved it x."
