Josh Hutcherson planning DJ-ing career
Actor Josh Hutcherson has finally taken up DJ-ing after years of appreciating others' turntable talents from afar.
The 23 year old, who plays Peeta Mellark in The Hunger Games franchise, hopes to explore his "hardcore hobby" when he's finished promoting The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2, which is set for release next month (Nov15).
And he's deadly serious about his new passion, even enrolling in DJ
school.
"That is my new hardcore hobby," he told ET Online. "I've always
loved music. I'm not a musician, but I have rhythm. Every party I
have I'm always DJ-ing and selecting the songs, making the
playlists. I've always wanted to get into it."
Josh realized how much he wanted to develop his interest in music
after his mother bought him a set of turntables for his birthday
earlier this month (Oct15).
He's not the only young Hollywood star to take up DJ-ing - The
Fault In Our Stars actor Ansel Elgort performs behind the decks
under the name Ansolo.
