John Legend has set his sights on TV - he's producing a new family comedy for network NBC.
The Ordinary People hitmaker and his film production partner Mike Jackson are developing Mixed Blessings, which will centre around a prominent black hip-hop artist who discovers he has a teenage son and tries to reconnect with him and his white adoptive family.
The show is set to air next year (12), according to Deadline.com.
