Wrestler-turned-actor John Cena has been slapped with a lawsuit from a construction worker who claims he was injured while working at the star's home.
Dale Ducharme has filed a lawsuit in which he alleges he fell off scaffolding at the 12 Rounds star's Florida home in 2010.
In the documents obtained by TMZ.com, Ducharme claims he has been
unable to work since the accident, and now is seeking damages for
being provided with unsafe equipment.
The construction worker wants more than $15,000 .
