Jesy Nelson: 'Liam Payne will make an amazing dad'

Little Mix star Jesy Nelson thinks Liam Payne will make an “amazing dad”.

While Liam, 23, and his girlfriend, British popstar Cheryl, are yet to officially announce news of a pregnancy, 33-year-old Cheryl showed off a large baby bump in November (16), putting an end to months of speculation.

Jesy and fellow Little Mixer Jade Thirlwall have now spoken about the impending arrival, revealing they think the loved up pair will make great parents.

“He's going to be amazing, isn't he?" Jesy gushed to Britain’s Reveal magazine.

"They're a great couple!" Jade added.

The baby will be the first for both Liam and twice married Cheryl.

Cheryl’s former Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberly Walsh has also opened up about Cheryl becoming a mother in a new interview. Kimberly, who has a two-year-old son Bobby with her husband Justin Scott and is heavily pregnant with the couple’s second child, couldn’t hide her excitement as she chatted with British publication Closer

“She'll be a brilliant mom,” Kimberly beamed. “She has loads of nieces and nephews so she's used to the madness of children.”

Liam and Cheryl confirmed their romance earlier this year and have been inseparable ever since. They first met when Liam auditioned for TV talent show The X Factor when he was 14 and Cheryl was acting as a judge. A few years later Liam reappeared on the show and became part of mega successful band One Direction.

It’s thought the pair is planning to spend their first Christmas together later this month (Dec16), with a source telling Heat magazine they’ll be at Liam’s house in Surrey, England. Cheryl has also reportedly hired a caterer so her beau’s mom Karen doesn’t have to lift a finger.
