Jessica Simpson will wed as a new mum

Jessica Simpson has confirmed reports she's waiting to become a mum before exchanging vows with fiance Eric Johnson.

The pregnant singer/actress and the former sportsman had reportedly planned to wed on 11 November (11), but Simpson reveals the couple will now exchange vows after she gives birth to her first child in the spring (12).

The star, who announced she's expecting at the end of last month (Oct11), tells news show Access Hollywood, "No, we're not going to get married first. We were talking about having a wedding; we were gonna throw something together, but I would rather put more time in it and be able to really enjoy the day.

"When you're pregnant your hormones go crazy; I don't wanna be super stressed out and end up being a bridezilla (demanding bride). So, I'll wait until after."
