Jessica Alba urges Beyonce to sell baby snaps

Jessica Alba has advised new mother Beyonce to sell pictures of her baby daughter to the press in a bid to quell the huge interest in snaps of the tot.

The Sin City star struck a deal with a magazine to publish pictures of her daughter Honor after her birth in 2008 to prevent a surge in attention from the paparazzi.

Jessica Alba, who put the fee aside for the youngster's future, has now urged the Crazy In Love superstar to follow her lead so she can "control" the rush for the first snap of her own child, baby Blue who was born earlier this month (Jan12).

She tells CNN, "For our family, we just wanted to control the experience. We put the money that the picture made into a bank account for Honor to do whatever she wants to do with.

"It's her picture, it's her birth, and we didn't want it to be like a weird thing when we were walking out of the house for the first time."
