Jennifer Lawrence wants three-month break from fame
Hollywood actress Jennifer Lawrence wants to take a three-month break from fame so she can stop worrying about her appearance.
The Hunger Games star has grown tired of trying to look her best all the time to make sure she appears well-groomed in pictures, and she longs to be able to dress down.
Jennifer admits she dreams of taking some time off and stepping out
of the spotlight, telling Glamour magazine, "I think I should be
allowed time off. Three months. 'Oh it's my three months off. You
can't photograph me'... Then I wouldn't have a new headline out
today that I wore the same jeans three days in a row."
The Oscar winner goes on to reveal she is not a fan of all the
attention her job brings, adding, "I feel like I'm over-paid
attention to (sic). All I'm trying to do is act. And I have to
promote these movies. And I am, at the end of the day, a f**king
lunatic."
During the interview, Jennifer also talks about her famous friends,
actress Emma Stone, singer Adele, and comedienne Amy Schumer,
describing them as "really lovely", adding, "They're so normal. I
feel like I'm hanging out with my friends - my friends that don't
give a f**k about what I do."
However, Jennifer also reveals there is one showbiz friendship that
has yet to blossom - she longs to be pals with funnyman Larry
David, but he failed to call after she gave him her number.
"I gave Larry David my number and he never called," she laughs.
"Which makes him even more attractive. I love that he didn't call
me. It makes him so much hotter."
