Jared Leto reveals Harrison Ford's messy pizza incident

Dallas Buyers Club star Jared Leto has revealed movie legend Harrison Ford fell victim to Ellen Degeneres' pizza delivery during the prizegiving - he spilled the toppings all over his shirt.

The Best Supporting Actor winner sat in the front row during Sunday's (02Mar14) ceremony, and right behind him was one of his favorite actors, Ford.

During the segment in which host DeGeneres handed out slices of pizza to the starving celebrities during the three and a half hour telecast, Leto noticed the Star Wars actor was a little too eager to chow down on the snack.

Appearing on DeGeneres' daytime talk show on Monday (03Mar14), Leto revealed, "I'm a massive fan of his and he knows that, so I think it will be okay me telling the story, so when you handed out the pizza, Harrison Ford grabbed a slice.

"He was very hungry, took a big bite of the slice, I looked over my shoulder and (it spilled) right down his shirt... It was all down his shirt and he went back to try to clean it up but then I just saw him leave."

DeGeneres quipped, "I knew he'd have the munchies."

Leto also revealed that the celebrity encounters continued at one of the after parties, where his mom danced with Madonna.

He added, "It was one of the highlights of my night... I got home at the cracka** of dawn, maybe 6.00am. Don't feel sorry for me. This is a time to rebel. This is a sunrise you want to see."
