January Jones and Gwyneth Paltrow named Least Influential People of 2011
January Jones and Gwyneth Paltrow have been spoofed as two of the Least Influential People of 2011.
Editors at GQ magazine have followed up Barbara Walters' annual list of The 10 Most Fascinating People of the year (11) by creating their own compilation of celebrities who've failed to contribute something of "value" to the world, and both blonde beauties were nominated for the shameful honor.
January Jones was one of 25 selected because the latest season of
her hit TV show Mad Men was delayed from airing until 2012 and
Paltrow was named for "unleashing her awful cookbook on the
world".
Also noted were musicians Bono and The Edge for spending a wasteful
$65 million on the making of Broadway musical Spider-Man: Turn Off
the Dark, veteran Harrison Ford for creating box office flop
Cowboys & Aliens, and Terminator star Arnold Schwarzenegger for
engaging in an extramarital affair.
