Jack Huston replacing Luke Evans in The Crow reboot - report

Actor Jack Huston has reportedly been tapped to replace Luke Evans as the lead in the upcoming remake of The Crow.

The Welsh actor was slated to take on the role of vigilante Eric Draven in the reboot of the 1994 cult film, but pulled out late last year (14).

Now the Boardwalk Empire star has taken his place, according to Jack O'Barr, the creator of the graphic novel the film was based on, who reportedly tells website Dread Central that Huston has "definitely been cast" and he is "really happy" with the choice.

The original big screen version of The Crow starred Brandon Lee, the son of Bruce Lee, who was shot and killed while making the film in 1993.
