Hilary Duff vacations with ex-husband days after finalizing divorce

Singer/actress Hilary Duff is enjoying a family vacation in Hawaii with her son and her ex-husband Mike Comrie, just days after finalizing their divorce.

The So Yesterday star officially regained her single status last week (ends29Jan16), when a judge signed off on her legal papers, formally putting an end to their 2010 marriage.

The former couple, which split in early 2014, has long maintained the break-up was amicable, and on Thursday (04Feb16), the pair proved the divorce hasn't changed its family dynamic too much by jetting to Hawaii together with its three-year-old son Luca.

Hilary and former ice hockey player Mike were photographed smiling as they arrived in Maui, while the singer also showed off her bikini body during an afternoon stroll on the beach.

The 28-year-old mom recently told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres that she and her ex have remained very close, despite their failed marriage.

"We are good friends and we laugh a lot," she shared last month (Jan16), "and we have a great communication and we share pictures when one is not with Luca. He's (Comrie) great, we are great and we keep on trucking."

Hilary previously revealed she had started dating again by experimenting with dating app Tinder, but while she is hoping to find love again, exchanging vows in the future is no longer at the top of her priority list.

"I don't want to say I wouldn't get married again, but it's not important to me," she confessed to Redbook magazine. "I don't feel I would need to be married to have another child. If I felt strongly enough toward someone or if someone felt strongly about it, I might say OK. But it's not essential."
