Halle Berry enjoys day out with daughter after Thanksgiving brawl

Halle Berry put the Thanksgiving brawl between her fiance Olivier Martinez and her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry behind her on Friday (23Nov12) to take her daughter to a children's show.

Canadian model Aubry, the father of Berry's four-year-old daughter Nahla, clashed with French actor Martinez at the actress' Los Angeles home on Thursday (22Nov12) and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of battery.

Aubry is currently free on $20,000 bail, while a judge issued a protective order to keep him away from his former partner and his child. The fight was reportedly sparked by the bitter custody battle between Aubry and Berry, who hopes to move to France with her little girl and her fiance.

However, the actress refused to let the drama affect her plans with Nahla, and took her to the Yo Gabba Gabba show at the Nokia Theater on Friday to take their minds off the family drama.

Meanwhile, TMZ.com editors report that Berry plans to seek a restraining order against Aubry next week (begs26Nov12). The star's current protective order against her ex expires on Tuesday (27Nov12).
