Giovanni Ribisi 'finalises divorce'

Giovanni Ribisi and Agyness Deyn have reportedly finalized their divorce.

News broke in February (15) that the actor and his model wife of two-and-a-half years were ending their marriage. Now TMZ claims to have obtained the papers, which detail what each party will be taking from the relationship.

There's no need for spousal support as they don't have children, and three of their five homes in LA will go to Agyness while Giovanni keeps two. The Ted actor has apparently insisted on keeping his Harley motorbike, but left a Mercedes Benz to his ex.

It's believed Giovanni filed the divorce papers in January (15), citing irreconcilable differences. They allegedly broke up shortly before, on 28 December 2014.

Giovanni and Agyness married in June 2012 after a whirlwind relationship that surprised many. “I suppose you meet someone and you’re just like… you know. Obviously, if someone’s marrying someone, they’re bringing a lot of really good stuff,” she told InStyle magazine in 2013.

Giovanni is a Scientologist, which prompted many people to quiz Agyness about his beliefs. However, the model can't understand their fascination with the religion.

“I just think it's funny because no-one really ever asked me about religion before," she said. "No-one was like, ‘What’s it like going out with a Christian?’ Now people ask me about it. Maybe it’s because it’s a new religion and people are curious about it. I don’t know."

It's the second divorce for Giovanni, who wed actress Mariah O'Brien in 1997 and ended things in 2001. They have a daughter, Lucia, together.
