Forgetful Michael Buble uses a teleprompter at gigs

Singer Michael Buble needs a teleprompter to help him remember his lyrics at shows.

The Home hitmaker hires an extra staff member to operate the device while he is on stage to make sure he doesn't bumble his lines, according to the singer's backstage rider.

Buble's list of demands, obtained by Britain's The Sun newspaper, reads, "A teleprompter with operator is needed. This prompter should be visible from Michael's on-stage position. Lyrics will be provided once the song list is confirmed."

Other requests made by the Canadian star include "just ripe but not over-ripe" bananas for his crew, and he has previously been known to ask for an ice hockey puck from the venue's local team to add to his collection of sports memorabilia.
