Florence + The Machine have been forced to pull out of a headlining spot at next month's (Jun15) INmusic Festival in Croatia, so singer Florence Welch can attend to "compulsory medical treatment".

The Dog Days Are Over star broke her foot during her performance at the Coachella festival in California in April (15) and now health issues relating to the injury have prompted her and her bandmates to pull the plug on a show in Zagreb.

Hip-hop act Rudimental will replace the band on a bill, which also includes Future Islands, Eagles Of Death Metal and Mike Skinner.
