Fifth Harmony star missing Mexico tour following family tragedy
Fifth Harmony star Normani Kordei will be absent from the band's concert in Mexico on Wednesday (25Nov15) following a death in her family.
The Worth It singers are scheduled to bring their Reflection Tour to Mexico City's El Plaza Condesa, but hours before the gig, Kordei's bandmates announced she would be a no-show.
"We know some of you have been wondering and we wanted to let our
Harmonizer family know that Normani will not be joining us in
Mexico due to a death back home," a post on their official
Twitter.com account read. "Mani is one of the strongest, kindest
humans we know and we're sending her ALL of our love. The
harmonizer family is so vast, let's help make her heavy heart
light. Meanwhile, Mexico, lets (sic) do Mani proud."
The remaining members, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane Hansen, Camila
Cabello and Lauren Jauregui are dedicating the gig to their
heartbroken pal.
It is still unclear whether or not Normani will perform with the
group at their Foro Sol, Mexico gig on 26 November (15).
