Fifth Harmony's website hacked

Fifth Harmony's website was hit by a hacker as the girls prepared for the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday (11Mar17).

A cybercriminal posted a shocking message about terrorist group ISIS as the girl group was en route to the ceremony.

"Kurdish hacker was here... Long live to Kurdistan (sic)," the hacker wrote.

Fans spotted the sinister messages very quickly and alerted site administrators, who regained control of the page and fixed the security breach.

The pop stars had another awkward few moments hours later when they had to sit through a performance by their former bandmate Camila Cabello, who quit the group in December (16). She hit the stage at the Kids' Choice Awards with rapper Machine Gun Kelly to perform their hit duet Bad Things.

The night ended well for Fifth Harmony - the four-piece picked up the final two awards, for Favorite Music Group and Favorite Song (Work From Home).
