Emmy Rossum splits from boyfriend

Actress Emmy Rossum has reportedly split from her boyfriend and Shameless co-star Tyler Jacob Moore.

The couple, whose characters Fiona and Tony dated in the hit series, ended its relationship after two years, according to the New York Post's gossip column Page Six.

Rossum is said to have attended an Independence Day (04Jul13) party in New York's Hamptons and was overheard telling pals she is "single again".

The 26-year-old star appears to be throwing herself into her work following the break-up - on Saturday (06Jul13), she tweeted, "Hope you all had a happy and safe 4th (of July). Back to work starting tonight on a new film called Curfew in my home state New York."
