Elon Musk and Talulah Riley reach divorce settlement
British actress Talulah Riley has settled her latest divorce from tech billionaire Elon Musk.
Court papers filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday (19Oct16) reveal the former couple has reached a mutual agreement about its split, seven months after the Inception star moved to end their second marriage.
Riley and the PayPal and Tesla Motors founder ended their first
union in 2012 after only 18 months as husband and wife. They
reconciled and tied the knot again in July, 2013, but Musk sought
another divorce on New Year's Eve in 2014.
They subsequently reunited and had the motion dismissed, only for
Riley to move forward with her own legal filing in March (16).
Riley and Musk do not have any kids together, and they signed a
prenuptial agreement for both marriages, reports TMZ.com.
Details about their settlement have not been revealed.
A judge is expected to sign off on the papers to finalize the
divorce in the coming days.
Musk was previously married to author Justine Wilson, the mother of
his five sons.
Over the summer (16), he was linked to another actress, Amber
Heard, following her split from ex-husband Johnny Depp.
