Drake axes North Carolina concert

Drake has axed an upcoming concert in North Carolina due to a scheduling conflict.

The Started From The Bottom hitmaker was due to hit the stage at the PNC Arena in Raleigh next Sunday (03Nov13) as part of his Would You Like A Tour? shows, but the gig has now been axed and ticketholders have been offered refunds at the point of purchase.

His performance in Charlotte, North Carolina on Saturday (02Nov13) is still expected to go ahead as planned.

News of the scrapped Raleigh event comes just days after Drake disappointed fans in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 19 October (13) by cancelling the gig less than an hour before showtime amid claims of technical difficulties. That concert, which features an extensive light show, has since been rescheduled for 18 December (13).
