Double joy for Jennifer Love Hewitt as she becomes a new mom and wife

Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt has two big reasons to be thankful over the Thanksgiving holiday - she's a new mom and a new wife, according to reports.

The I Know What You Did Last Summer star and Brian Hallisay became first-time parents on Tuesday (26Nov13) when Hewitt gave birth to a baby girl, and, in confirming the happy news, the actress' publicist has let it slip that the couple is now married.

She says, "Jennifer Love Hewitt and her husband Brian Hallisay are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter. Autumn James Hallisay was born on November 26."

A source tells Us Weekly magazine the newlyweds recently exchanged vows in a private ceremony.

Hewitt and Hallisay began dating in 2012 when they reconnected on the set of the now-cancelled TV drama The Client List. They previously appeared together on the short-lived NBC series Love Bites.

The actress announced she was pregnant in June (13), a day before revealing her engagement to Hallisay.
