DJ files police report to document alleged Bieber spitting incident
The DJ who accused Justin Bieber of spitting in his face during a night out in Ohio last weekend (12-14Jul13) has filed a police report over the alleged incident.
Addison Ulhaq was working at the Social Room in Columbus last Friday (12Jul13) when the Baby hitmaker's security guards allegedly asked him to stop taking pictures of the 19 year old partying in the 21-and-over club.
The DJ denied photographing the superstar, but it wasn't enough to
stop the singer himself from reportedly confronting Ulhaq in the
early hours of Saturday (13Jul13) and he claims trouble quickly
ensued.
He has accused Bieber of insulting him before spitting in his face,
hitting his eye, nose and mouth with saliva - although the star's
representative promptly dismissed the story, stating: "(The alleged
victim is) another person looking for a paycheck in the witch hunt
which at this point is just out of control."
However, Ulhaq is refusing to drop his claims and has now turned to
authorities to have the club clash noted on record.
The police report, obtained by TMZ.com, reads: "The victim stated
that the suspect told him that 'His mother was a b**ch, his father
was a b**ch and he is a b**ch.'"
It continues: "The victim stated that he does not want anything
done at this time and just wants to document the incident."
It is not yet known if Ulhaq, who tested negative for hepatitis
after the supposed incident, is planning to sue Bieber over the
incident.
The singer, who has hit headlines for all the wrong reasons of
late, is no stranger to spitting allegations - his Calabasas,
California neighbor shared a similar story in March (13), when the
pop star reportedly spat on him after he confronted the teen about
speeding in their gated community.
