Demi Lovato is given a goat for her 21st

Demi Lovato celebrated her 21st birthday in Kenya and landed a goat as a gift.

The Heart Attack singer, was given the odd present by a family she befriended on an African vacation - and she named him Billy.

Lovato says, "There was this huge celebration for my birthday and I didn't know it was going on. People were just taking my hand and dancing... and all of a sudden they put a goat in my arms and it wasn't like a baby goat, it was a nice-sized goat.

"They're like, 'It's for you!' and I was like, 'Oh my God! I've got a goat!'"

Lovato didn't take the animal home with her, but asked the family who gave it to her to look after her Billy.
