David Charvet's restraining order request rejected

Written by . Published: October 29 2014

Actor David Charvet has been denied a request for a restraining order against his neighbor, film producer and reality TV mogul Mike Fleiss, amid allegations of harassment.

The former Baywatch hunk claims The Bachelor creator Fleiss, who has also worked on horror films Hostel and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning, has been terrorizing his family by blasting the sounds of "barking, crying and howling dogs" through speakers facing the Charvets' Malibu, California home at regular times late at night and early each morning.

Charvet also alleges Fleiss has been threatening violence by reportedly revving the engine of his car whenever he sees the actor, suggesting his intention to run over his neighbor.

In his legal papers, the plaintiff goes on to accuse Fleiss of taunting him back in April (14) and taking credit for having Charvet's wife, Brooke Burke-Charvet, fired from her co-hosting gig on reality show Dancing with the Stars after seven seasons.

However, a California judge has since ruled Fleiss' alleged behavior does not warrant the need for legal protection and has rejected Charvet's request, according to TMZ.com.
