Cory Monteith filmed touching message to fan before death
Cory Monteith recorded a touching message to a fan just weeks before his death, urging her to stay out of trouble and remain in school.
The Glee star was found dead in a hotel room in Vancouver, Canada on Saturday (13Jul13). A coroner ruled he died from a lethal mix of heroin and alcohol.
Video footage of Monteith has now emerged showing the star filming
a heart-warming message to a fan during a flight to Japan last
month (Jun13). It is believed to be the last footage of the
actor.
After an air stewardess asked Monteith to record a clip for her
boyfriend's daughter Mallory, the smiling star says to the camera,
"Hey Mallory, it's Cory. I wanted to record this video for you guys
just to let you know to stay out of trouble and stay in
school."
A group of Monteith's closest friends will gather at his Los
Angeles home on Friday (19Jul13) to take part in a special
memorial. His remains were cremated on Tuesday (16Jul13).
