Ciara dating American football star Russell Wilson - report

R&B singer Ciara has sparked rumors of a new romance with Seattle Seahawks football star Russell Wilson after they were spotted together at a weekend (18-19Apr15) baseball game.

The former Super Bowl-winning quarterback was photographed in the stands at Safeco Field as the Seattle Mariners faced off against the visiting Texas Rangers on Sunday (19Apr15), and eagle-eyed fans were quick to note that the female featured beside Wilson in the partially-blocked shot, posted on the official Major League Baseball Twitter account, bears a striking resemblance to Ciara.

The Goodies hitmaker also fueled the rumors by sharing an Instagram snap of herself wearing a dark blazer and white top with aviator sunglasses - the same look sported by Wilson's lady friend.

The stars have yet to comment on the reports, which emerge more than four months after Ciara officially ended her engagement with rapper Future, the father of her 11-month-old son Future Zahir Wilburn. The couple had previously split in August (14), amid rumors of his infidelity, but attempted a reconciliation in September (14).

Ciara recently admitted her broken engagement had turned off the idea of dating another musician, stating, "You know, never say never. But I do think you gotta switch it up a little bit."

Wilson has previously been linked to models Samantha Hoopes and Melody Rae Kandil.
