Chris Brown's representative cites stress for singer's ill health
Chris Brown's representative has blamed the stress of the singer's ongoing legal troubles for his health scare on Friday (09Aug13).
The singer collapsed in the early hours of Friday at a recording studio in Los Angeles and reports suggested he had suffered a non-epileptic seizure.
An ambulance was called, but Brown is said to have refused
treatment.
A representative for the star has now spoken out about the
incident, blaming the health scare on "intense fatigue and extreme
emotional stress, both due to the continued onslaught of unfounded
legal matters and the nonstop negativity".
Brown, 24, is facing a possible prison sentence after he was booked
on a hit-and-run charge relating to a car accident in May (13). His
probation stemming from his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna
was revoked, and he faces up to four years behind bars if found
guilty of the hit-and-run.
He is due back in court on 15 August (13).
