Charlotte Gainsbourg tempted to call off wedding

Actress/singer Charlotte Gainsbourg is close to calling off her wedding to moviemaker Yvan Attal because she is nervous of the commitment.

The French/English star said 'Yes' when Attal proposed last year (13) in front of a crowd of journalists, but she now admits they have both been wracked with anxiety ever since and Gainsbourg is no longer sure she can go through with the nuptials.

She tells Marie Claire magazine, "I obviously said yes. It was very funny, the way he proposed, but I'm not sure we're actually going to do it. We've started feeling a little anxious about the whole thing since. We'll see. After he did that and I said yes, we figured we were quite happy the way we were."
