Charlie Sheen ignores jail warning and takes aim at ex and judge

Charlie Sheen is risking jail time by ignoring warnings not to trash his ex-wife Brooke Mueller online after learning her brother has been given custody of their sons.

On Friday (08Nov13), a Los Angeles judge approved plans for the four-year-old twins' uncle, Scott Mueller, to take over as their new temporary guardian - and for him to move in with his sister, a recovering addict, as she continues to attempt to win back custody of the boys following a spell in rehab.

Officials at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) granted Scott Mueller the responsibility of caring for Bob and Max after another of Sheen's exes, Denise Richards - their previous temporary guardian - revealed she could no longer look after the boys due to allegations about their increasingly bad behavior.

Reports suggest Scott will be moving in with his sister this weekend (09-10Nov13) - and Sheen is far from happy.

Despite threats of jail time if he violates a gagging order on the custody case or his ex-wife's drug problems, the actor took to Twitter.com on Friday night (08Nov13) to vent his thoughts about the welfare of his sons.

He raged, "so lemme see if I got this straight. my twin boys are now in harms way and in grave danger. being 'raised' by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an adderol snorting husk called Brooke. and guess what CPS and 'I'm Italian' judge anus-brain, you may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will know get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father. tag - I'm it."

He later added, "and if this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children, then go for it.

"I have as many friends on the inside as i do out here. my passion WILL NOT be silenced. you are all now standing in my way. I'd recommend a shift in your geography."
