Busy Philipps welcomes second daughter

Actress Busy Philipps has given birth to her second daughter.
The Cougar Town star shared the happy news with fans via her Twitter.com account on Wednesday (03Jul13), uploading a snap of her cradling her newborn tot alongside the caption, "So this happened..."
Her representative has confirmed the baby was born on Tuesday
(02Jul13) and weighed in at 8.5 pounds (3.8 kgs).
The little girl is Philipps' second child with husband Marc
Silverstein - they are also parents to four-year-old daughter
Birdie Leigh.
Philipps' Twitter announcement mimicked the way she told fans she
was pregnant last year (12) - she tweeted an image of a positive
pregnancy test, and wrote, "So this happened..."
