Kim Kardashian's stepfather Bruce Jenner has reportedly been hit with a wrongful death lawsuit by the family of the woman killed in a car crash he was part of.
Just a week after the former Olympian became a national hero by opening up about his transition from male to female during a candid TV chat with newswoman Diane Sawyer, Jenner is back in the headlines for the wrong reasons.
Kim Howe's two adult stepchildren have filed a lawsuit, claiming Bruce was "careless and negligent" when he slammed into their stepmother's Lexus on the Pacific Coast Highway in California in February (15).
Howe lost her life when she lost control of her car, which collided with an oncoming Hummer.
In the lawsuit, Howe's stepkids claim Jenner was speeding, according to TMZ.com.
Officials at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department are still investigating the crash.
